Glad to hear you do not have Gout! Stress Fracture? Any ideas what you did?
Nice benching! Was that 635 using the Bands in reverse style, i.e. suspended overhead?

I remember when my foot became sore and I believe it was the day after doing legs? Will wait and see what becomes of it.
Brock, I was doing reverse bands.
Taking the week off for rest and streching. Still getting over the flu but looking forward to hitting it hard again next week.
