Mar 6 2010 1 arm DB clean and press 37.5x8 47.5x4 57.5x4 62.5x4 47.5x8 Pull Over Press EZ curl bar 103x8 123x4 143x4 153x4 143x8 Close grip palms facing pull up BWx8 BW+25x4 BW+35x4 BW+45x4 BW+25x8 (last 2 were like singles as I had to stop regrip and pull) Mar 7 3.5 miles snow shoes the back ridge run through 5 pits. Right shoulder still out of commision for BP can do light speed stuff but that is it off to physio tonight.

Jason at River Bend Physiogave me a good diagnosis of the shoulder, bone spur on acrominium limits ROM and causes impingment. Arthritus and connective tissue tightness also contribute to the problem. He gave me a couple more excersizes for the tater cuff and said I would not really benifit from more physio but to focus on the rehab I can do myself and only do pressing movements my shoulder tolerates.Good stuff appreciate the honesty. Confirms the route I am taking with my WO now. Mar 9 2010 2 mi snow shoe creek run hard sloggin wet snow good WO Followed by Speed BP 140x3x8 clse/ med/ comp. grip. DBR 75x8 95x6 105x6 face pulls purple band x10x3 Scotties 103x12,8,6 push downs purple bands x15,12,10 GOOD WO These speed reps get faster as the sets progress,I will add some bands(may need smaller ones the purple could be a bit to much) Back TRI's and Shoulders are coming up real well. I think I will do real well with BP once my shoulder settles down again and I can press.

Missed one Mar 11 2010 TD 5 rocks 100 fwd 110 bckwd x 6 took the drag out onto the road and just kept pluggin. Road was soft and it pulled hard. Followed by SLDL barx5 95x5 135x5 185x5x5 1 leg calf raise BW=45x10 Bw+35x10 BW+25x10x2 Leg Curl 50x6 75x6x3 Reverse Hyperextension BW x 10 x 4(this is a wonderfull movement for low back) Man I miss my front squats oh well wait doing what works fer now

Mar 17 2010 Speed Bench barx3 95x3 115x3 135x3 135+ purp bands x3x2 140x3x3 bar+purp bandsx3 DBR 60x10 75x6 95x6 105x6 115x6 125x6 105x10 Face Pulls Purp Bandx15x3 Tri Push Down Purp Bands x 15,12,10 Scotties x12,10,6 1 mile walk prior in the beautifull SUN. Tough to get WU today but got there and real happy with WO. Shoulder a bit sore though so bands are outta the mix till she settles again. May lay off bench for a couple of weeks.
