To paraphrase Ed Coan from his video;
"First come up with a plan, then follow that plan, Compete and repeat, Simple!"
You just have all of the regular responsibilities of a family man. Take a look at your schedule and slot in your training for sanity sake and the betterment of yourself and compete when the family duties allow you to. If training and competing were a part of your life before the marriage and the little uns there should be some understanding for why it continues to be a part of your life. It is up to you to prioritize things so that the family comes first (part of the responsibility of parenthood). It also helps if the family can understand that Daddy/Hubby is a happier man when he gets in the regular training sessions. As with most things the trick and the overall goal is balance. Good Luck Derek! When you need a hand with the lifting we'll try to be there for you.

Still breaking the body in.
Hips and shoulders are tight. Also the left leg seems to be bothering the sciatic nerve quite a bit.
Gonna take the time to escalate the weights.
Stretch it out, lose some more or gain some more.
318lbs dry weight this morning.
