It's always hard when you're a volume junky. At least the "old dog" can still learn some new tricks. Brock

Hello again my fellow iron mongers. Well for the record I have hit some kinda wall. As I mentioned I was overtraining low back, right knee went south and earlier on left shoulder was injured during a clse grp BP session. So I put more WO`s and intensity into the pullin and draggin only to overtrain there as well. Deloaded last few WO nothin worth reporting but a couple of 2 bd BP WO a good posterior chain WO inclusive of some good(for me) SLDL and last night the venerable Tire Drag and 1 arm OHP with my favorite pet rocks. Feelin much like my old self again so should be gettin back to some kinda routine again. Thanks for the advise Derek any suggestions on excersizes ones you like or work fer you? And as always thanks Brock fer the support. As we say in Anola during the festive season Have your self a Crispy Little Bare Ass(yep run nekkid through the woods) its fun and makes the neighbors nervous.

Well I had a crispy little TD WO last nite
TD 5 rocks 100 fwd 100bckx2 I arm OHP sml rckx10 SLDL sml rckx10
TD 7 rocks 100fwd 100bckx2 1 arm ohp BG RCKx10 SLDL BG RCKx10
TD 7 rocks 100 fwd 150 bckx2 1 arm ohp BG RCKx13 SLDL BG RCKx10
Dialed er up a bit 2 drags with 7 extra 100 steps on the backwards drag quads and calves were burning Hit 13 fer reps in 1 arm OHP feelin it in the low back as the last couple on both sides I bounced a bit so compressed the low back a bit but oh well will be OK in a couple of days. This stuff is good I really like it my tris and shoulders get hammered my quads hams and calves as well. Not to mention I am breathing hard and deep for the whole shebang. I dropped to 252 just before Xmas can not lay claim to that BW now but soon.
