Started buffered creatine in capsule form Purple K 1.5 gram caps.Supposed to get into system better and no loading phase etc. 2 caps pre workout 2 caps post. First dose was yesterday, felt tight and strong noticable difference. Also started Hyuralonic acid (from organiks) 1 cap taken with 3 caps of glucosomine and 2 caps fish oil or flax oil twice a day. Supposed to be good for joints I hope it will facillitate a little heavier lifting or at least less joint pain.

The Creatine does make the muscles fuller which in turn could lead to more on the bar. So far shoulders have been preventing any real heavy stuff but I say this stuff has a positive effect in the short haul anyway. The HA has made a difference although I have not been on it long, give it a couple more weeks before I expect to feela big diffrence. To be fair my use of Ibuprofen has dropped off considerably and I am at least as good as I was using Ibuprofen a lot More to follow.

The buffered creatine is good no bloat and it really loads up the muscles. Using Purple K from your favorite CPU sponsor Meyers Drugs. THE HA is helping out as well I have cut my use of ibuprofen down to 1/3 of what I was using.

Some concern with the HA as high levels of HA have been found in both Breast and colon cancer. The HA I have been using is sourced from meat chickens combs, apparantly benign but more research is looking like a good idea. It does appear affective but at what risk???

Have you done a search for any research on the affects? There may be some documents on the web somewhere.

A couple of sites just cite HA as evident in elevated levels in the tumours in breast and colon cancer. Research suggests that the HA can be used to treat the tumour but that it has to altered in order to do this. Sketchy at best. Not a lot out there.
